Students will be prepared to work on a variety of challenges related to CRM Organizational strategies, sales management, digital transformation, omni-channel strategies, data analysis and visualization and technology assessment.

Is your organization examining its customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and thinking about how to better integrate different points of customer data? Are you wondering how your organization can achieve a 360 view of the customer so that you can better onboard, develop and retain customers?

Students from Fanshawe College have gained a foundation in answering these questions and will be able to apply their knowledge and experiences on a project with your organization.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will deliver a comprehensive report and presentation tailored to the selected projects. The report will include analysis data, benefit analysis, recommended strategies and/or tactics and recommendations for implementation. In some cases the report may include risk analysis, actual tactical implementations, and detailed implementation plans.

Project examples include but are not limited to:

Students are studying a broad spectrum of CRM, Sales and Marketing content as part of this program. Students will be able to deliver results in the following subject areas:

  1. CRM Strategy
  2. Sales Management Strategies and Tactics
  3. Social Marketing Strategies and Tactics
  4. Data Analytics and Visualization
  5. Workflow and Process Management Strategies, Design and Management

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for class time and date for Q&A AND for the final report presentations.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
