Project Examples

Requirements

Individual groups consisting of 2 students each will develop a database-driven web application with a user guide. Exhaustive research and testing will take place prior to submission.

Examples of what the students could be focusing on include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a web presence to facilitate communication between the business & end users
  • Creating a way to search & query information from a database
  • Creating seamless flows of information in a B2C matrix
  • Requirement analyses and software interface designs
  • Using Agile methodology to create cost effective and easy to use platforms

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Have a 1-2 hour meeting with the students to kick off the project.

Be responsive to periodic emails from the students to answer any questions they may have.

Be willing to provide any relevant information about your company to the students (NDA's can be signed).

Check-in with student workers 3-4 times per semester.
