They will apply proven research and analysis models taught by their professor with experience in analyzing employee attitudes and actions in over 500 workplaces over the past 30 years.
Learners
Research and analyze an organization's workplace environment, using such diagnostic tools as employee surveys and 360 assessments of managers.
Present the Workplace Alignment Map showing how well alignment organizational culture, structure, systems, workplace climate, and workplace actions and services are.
Provide a set of evidence-based conclusions and recommendations/

Providing an assessment leadership measures including workplace job satisfaction, morale, conflict, including such causes as the impact of resources levels, training, and supervisory excellence.
