Do you have a creative business opportunity or problem that you need support on? TreeFort at Georgian College embeds projects directly into the curriculum for students to tackle as apart of their learning. Projects are professor-led and suitable for businesses with minimal to no marketing to date. The clients selected would be prepared to pay a TreeFort project fee plus funding the awards for the top teams.

Requirements

The IMC course is one of the many offered programs at Georgian College that could have a TreeFort project implemented. Students in teams of 4-5 will develop a comprehensive integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaign, including research, planning, creative, and media aspects.

Areas of focus for this project include but are not limited to:

  • Creating an integrated marketing campaign to meet your marketing objective.
  • The recommended IMC plan for your business will include:
  1. situational analysis
  2. target market and segmentation
  3. metrics
  4. creative concepts
  5. recommended IMC tools where appropriate - social media, digital media, public relations, print, radio, out of home, etc.
