Using the key areas outlined in the project rubric and create a preliminary outline (headings and sub-headings) for your final report. This will be the master document that you all will be contributing to and will help you distribute the work amongst the group members.

The use of information gathered in the previous sections should enable you to develop a good understanding of the issue the organization faces, and potential opportunities that may exist ahead of them. This analysis should leverage your understanding of the firm and the environment.

Spend time on generating visual representation of your findings; This could include producing charts, tables and graphs that summarize key pieces of information from your analysis. Use the tools and frameworks introduced in the class, or additional materials that will be shared during the semester.

Requirements
Project activities might include:
- Identifying the stakeholder groups,
- Prioritizing the needs and wants of stakeholders(Customers, suppliers, partners, etc.);,
- Developing strategies to address contentious issues with difficult customers,
- Finding solutions to improve organizational performance related to the profitability, the environment, and the society.
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
