Does your organization have a business management or strategy challenge you want to tackle? Are you looking for insights to help you navigate the current economic climate? In today’s global and turbulent business environment no firm can take its competitive advantage for granted; hence, the need to develop and implement superior strategies is more critical than ever before. In this project, student-consultants working in teams come with an understanding of the essence of contemporary strategic management, including analysis of competitive situations from the general management point of view, the issues of fit between key environmental forces and the firm's resources, within static and dynamic perspectives. They will analyze a strategic challenge of your choice and upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.
