Learners
Phase 1 Project Plan: Students will connect with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome - 10 page Report: Students will submit a detailed report on the outcomes of the project.

Project Examples
Requirements
Over a six-week period, the students will diagnose the problem and develop a strategy to help you address it.
Based on information you provide, student-consultants will develop an action plan that addresses a leadership or management challenge currently faced by your organization.
Project examples could include, but are not limited to:
- Redesign an internal system or process including: hiring, socialization, compensation, motivation, team management, learning, training.
- Develop a plan to re-imagine your mission, vision, and purpose and roll it out to employees.
- Manage a significant organizational change or restructuring.
- Integrate cultures in a merger or acquisition.
- Reduce employee turnover or absenteeism or increase workplace safety.
- Diagnose your organizational structure and its fit with your organization's strategy.
- Help you develop a plan to increase diversity and the positive effects of diversity in your organization.
- Help you develop a plan for your organization to become self-sustaining in the long term (environmental sustainability plan.)
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Kick off the project with a 1-2 hour interview with your student groups.
Must be willing to work with up to 4 student groups (each group will have a communication lead).
Be responsive to periodic emails to answer questions the students may have over the course of the assignment.
