This course includes undergraduate students in the first and second years of their academic journey. As exploratory majors, the student's career interests range across various industries. With a fresh perspective on current trends, our students are eager to improve their communication, project management, and leadership skills.

The expected format for deliverables can be negotiated, however, some form of written format or visual presentation would be ideal. Whatever the end product is, the employer should be able to provide final feedback on each team's project once completed. Outcomes include students learning about team collaboration, professional communication, taking and applying feedback, and meeting deadlines.
