Expected outcomes and deliverables

Learners will engage in fieldwork activities, including client assessments, goal-setting, and advocacy, as well as collaborating with supervisors and other professionals within the placement organization. The expected outcomes include developing individualized support plans, performing critical reflection on their experiences, and adhering to the OCSWSSW Code of Ethics.


Deliverables:

  • Weekly Activity Logs: Detailed documentation of activities and reflections (submitted digitally).
  • Mid-term and Final Evaluations: Reports on learners' performance in the field, completed in collaboration with supervisors.
  • Placement Reflection Assignment: A reflective essay on the learner's experience, skills gained, and professional development.
  • Thank-you Letter Assignment: A professional letter of appreciation addressed to the placement organization.


All deliverables will be submitted digitally in Word or PDF format.
