Learner goals and capabilities

Learners in Centennial College's Mobile Application Development Project course focus on developing their skills in mobile app design, agile methodologies, and project management while addressing real-world challenges. They seek to enhance their abilities in teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication throughout the project.

Students are required to work in teams of 4-5 to design and implement a complete mobile app (native app, hybrid app, React Native, or mobile web app) and create the artifact design by applying agile software development methodologies and project management principles.

Employers are expected to provide regular communication, guidance, and essential information related to the project. They will also be invited to attend the final presentation and provide constructive feedback on the students' work via the Riipen platform.
