One of the best parts of my internship was working under Laila's direction. She offered her wisdom and insights that really helped me along the way, offering direction. Laila was always happy to share her knowledge and ideas, which allowed me to get a deeper understanding. She also provided helpful criticism that enabled me to think critically and assisted me in improving my abilities. Her approachable, friendly manner created a positive and collaborative environment where I felt encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and take initiative. I feel so appreciative to have worked under her leadership, and I’m grateful for the knowledge and development I experienced as a result.
