I really enjoyed with Alan and Jebin with IM.ai And I felt like they felt the same working with us: they were happy to answer our questions, explain concepts outside our realm of expertise and give us the resources we needed. The time we had scheduled with them was our time and our time only. I say all that because before starting this project, I couldn't imagine a CEO giving us that kind of time, energy or courtesy so I really appreciated that. Most of the challenges we faced were what are kind of 'everyday' in the real world, not specific to IM.ai: participants don't get back to you quickly, leadership have differing opinions in the direction of design and still working through some of their processes. And with some of that, I wish we did have a little more time to get through some of those pieces to give them exactly what they wanted.
