During my time working with ServiceNext Inc. on the Social Media Engagement Enhancement Plan from July 2024 to February 2025 through the Portage College Level UP program, I had an enriching and professional experience. The team at ServiceNext Inc. demonstrated a clear vision for their brand and welcomed innovative ideas, which fostered a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Their openness to feedback and commitment to implementing effective strategies made the project both fulfilling and impactful. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to enhancing their social media presence and to apply my skills in a practical, results-oriented setting. It was a pleasure working with such a forward-thinking organization.
