The final submission / report / PowerPoint is extensive, comprehensive, and well written. It captures so many elements of our business and its challenges and provides easy to understand, almost step by step explanations of how to proceed. Working with the group was a joy. In our meetings they were empathic, easy going, and were clearly interested in the business problem and in us as people. The meetings were productive and well run. That can’t be said of a lot of business meetings – particularly in the remote Covid environment. The commitment to providing a solution stood out.
