I am very happy with the work that Ratantej and Bahati did over the past 3 weeks. In order to complete the project, they needed to learn a new system, which they worked hard at for several days to become proficient. They completed their first deliverable which automated a procedure for the business that previously took about 1 day to complete and now it is automated and completes in about 20 seconds - A huge productivity boost. During the project we met regularly to checkpoint and we adjusted our priorities to optimize our benefits as we discovered opportunities and challenges to our original plan. Several components were built to process, cleanse and reorganize data from several sources and enhance the data to be more business useful. At the conclusion of the project, we were able to run all of the component parts to create an end to end commercially viable solution. The next phase will now be to scale this "base case" solution for one manufacturer to a general purpose utility system that can work for a diverse range of manufacturers. I have also witnessed significant personal growth in both partners since the beginning of the project, as we had regular checkpoint meetings and I was able to share opportunities, business perspectives and provide coaching and I observed how both partners responded constructively and incorporate their learnings into their approach. I would definitely hire both of them again, without reservation.
