Casandra helped us develop a cohesive brand book for our startup company which included not just visual guidelines but also general marketing messaging guidance for various social media channels. This was our second LevelUp project together. She enthusiastically takes the lead on projects and independently balances structure (well-organized, great team collaborator) with creativity. We were able to give her a general sense of our strategic goals and without further direction, she conducted research and recommended a breadth of tactics. Cas is always looking for feedback to improve upon her skills and has a demonstrated passion for helping startups with their branding strategy.
