I'm not sure what to say here. Nobody reached out to me at the beginning of the project, so I actually had no idea these folks existed. I could have really used some guidance at the beginning of the project to understand my role better in terms of coordination and project management. That said, sounds like they were coordinating with the students, so that's good. Because I didn't have any personal contact with them, I can't say anything on a personal level, but I think from a program level it would have been helpful to have them reach out at the beginning of the program. More than anything, I say (and rate) this as feedback for the program's future.
