Chris was friendly and flexible on design decisions. Overall, he gave minimal feedback, but will provide more feedback on specific parts if you request/point it out to him. He's pretty responsive to emails. He couldn't make it to some meetings, and we'd send recordings. Our team enjoyed the prompt and hope to see the live product some day, but for now we still walked away with a well-done case study as a result of our efficiency and great teamwork.
