The number one issue with this is training for the site. I have not used Riipen before and trying to understand all the intricacies of it is alot without any help or tutor option available to ask questions from. The staff, when I did get in touch with them were quite helpful but for some reason their messages go "somewhere else" besides the basic chat area (still not sure at this point where to find them) but when they copied them back to the "messages inbox area" it helped a lot. A touch more training or some basic "tutor" ppt may be good to give new users of this app
