Working on the NewsVIZ (now WholeViz) project through African Geospace has been a valuable and rewarding experience. The project was well-scoped with a strong vision, and Richard provided thoughtful guidance while allowing us creative flexibility to experiment and contribute meaningfully. I appreciated the emphasis on real-world feature development—from role-based access to smart visualizations—and the collaboration across backend, data, and frontend teams made the work both challenging and fulfilling. I'm proud to have been part of this team and the impact we created together.
