Details

Students will provide assistance in the Beta launch of a new digital P2P community

The students will support with the planning, execution and content development for the digital Community.

The students will apply user feedback, community listening and management - to grow and nurture the digital platform and ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs - applying understanding, feedback and insights.

The students will provide engagement improvements and support for the community. Creating and implementing digital strategies to help scale community participation, connections and content sharing.

Deliverables

- The student will take direction from the project manager and in-house lead

- Prepare task reviews and projections, to be delivered weekly to client

- Review project content and user experience, recommend enhancements or new UX

- Update and Upload content to Farmer.Community digital platform

- Coordinate and execute 3rd party integrations

- Evaluate onboarding process for digital community and recommend new efficiencies

- Develop digital welcome initiatives for new community members to increase member engagement and interaction. Including easy solutions to guide user on "how to" use the digital platform, ie video.

- Suggest ways to more efficiently deliver community knowledge sharing partner's digital assets, events and information.

- Devise enhanced methods to encourage member participation in member polls, Q&As, webinars, events and more as we scale the community

Mentorship

A 1on1 session to monitor student progress and provide support.

A requirement of the project is to attend weekly team meetings

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project - implementing weekly "mentor office hours" and a Slack channel for regular team communication

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the internship program to review the project scope.

An supervisor will be assigned to the student to provide a performance evaluation of the student if necessary.
