Gluu is seeking to enhance its marketing strategy by optimizing its marketing funnels using the Brevo Solution. The goal of this project is to streamline the customer journey from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.


Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing and funnel optimization to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the existing funnels.


The project involves analyzing current funnel performance, understanding customer behaviour, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates. By leveraging the capabilities of the Brevo Solution, learners will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation and data-driven decision-making.


Key tasks include mapping out the current funnels, conducting a gap analysis, and proposing actionable improvements.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing the current state of Gluu's marketing funnels and a set of recommendations for optimization.


Additionally, learners will provide a visual representation of the proposed funnel improvements and a presentation summarizing their findings and strategies. The final deliverables should demonstrate a clear understanding of funnel optimization techniques and the effective use of the Brevo Solution.
