To create a streamlined client onboarding workflow that includes client-friendly tools, detailed documentation processes (SOP), and website enhancements to guide clients through the onboarding journey effectively.
Expected Deliverables
1. Click Funnel &Onboarding procedures
- Develop an onboarding click funnel for clients that have already landed and signed our initial contracts.
- Onboarding Process must collect specific information from the clients as well as a method to upload required documents (A checklist and upload form template for clients)
- Documentation on decision criteria and best practices.
- Internal SOP onboarding workflow.
2. Client-facing materials.
- Select a 3rd party click funnel that will integrate with our Google ecosystem.
- Deploy the 3rd party Click Funnel to accept the clients documents.
- Wireframe designs for this new section on our website
- Copywrite for our website to instruct clients on our request

Develop Client-Facing Materials:
- Design a client-friendly checklist for essential assets

Develop a Client Workflow
- Design a step-by-step process to guide clients through onboarding using a Google Form as the central tool.
- Create an upload form template (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform) to gather resources from clients efficiently.
- Document uploads and requests for missing resources.
Implement a 3rd-Party Document Collection System
- Research and recommend secure platforms (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive integrations) for accepting and managing client-submitted documents.
- Develop a simple process for Agora staff to access and review these documents.
Design Internal SOP:
- Create structured workflows for client onboarding that detail:
- Initial assessment criteria (digital assets, branding, technology infrastructure).
- Decision-making frameworks for accepting/rejecting clients.
- Steps for onboarding clients, including tools and communication protocols.
Copywriting for Website Instructions
- Draft clear and professional content to explain the onboarding process on your website.
- Ensure the tone reflects Agora Connections' brand and is easy for clients to follow.
- Include FAQ-style guidance for common client queries.
Create Wireframe Designs for the Website
- Develop wireframe layouts for a new onboarding section on your website.
- Include features such as:

- A section for FAQs and client resources.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
