The goal of this project is to research the real estate market in Milcreek Cambridge Ontario and come up with a pricing strategy for the 70+ townhomes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the current pricing of townhomes in the area.

- Identifying trends in the market and potential areas of growth.

- Developing a pricing strategy for the 70+ townhomes.

- Testing the pricing strategy and making adjustments as needed.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
