Details

The primary objective of this project is to enhance the visibility and engagement of our events and business activities through a comprehensive media publication strategy over a two-month period. This will involve the creation and dissemination of various promotional materials, including updates and features on our website, the publication of monthly newsletters, and the design of eye-catching posters for our monthly events. By doing so, we aim to not only inform our audience about upcoming events and the latest business activities but also to stimulate interest and participation, thereby strengthening our brand presence and community engagement.

Deliverables

Website Listings Updates:

  • Update the website with detailed listings of upcoming events, including dates, locations, and registration information.
  • Ensure that the website content is SEO-optimized to increase visibility.
  • Regularly check and update the website to ensure all information is current and accurate.

Monthly Newsletter Creation:

  • Design and layout the newsletter, incorporating engaging visuals and content that highlights key activities, events, and any important announcements.
  • Compile and edit content to ensure clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Distribute the newsletter via email to our subscriber list, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Monthly Events Posters Design:

  • Create visually appealing posters for each event that convey the essential information (e.g., date, time, venue) and capture the event's spirit.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, if necessary, to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Distribute posters both online (across social media platforms, the website, and email) and offline (at strategic physical locations) to maximize reach.

Mentorship

Ensuring that students not only engage in this project but also derive substantial educational value from it is of utmost importance to us. To facilitate this, we will schedule regular sessions with the assigned mentor, providing students the opportunity to submit their work-in-progress, receive detailed feedback, and, if necessary, adjust their approach.

In addition to scheduled meetings, our experienced events team and mentors will be accessible for on-the-spot guidance. Students are encouraged to connect with them through Discord for immediate assistance, access a curated selection of educational resources, or seek direct feedback on collaborative platforms such as Google Docs. This approach guarantees continuous support and direction for students throughout their project engagement.

Moreover, students will be introduced to key digital tools integral to understanding and embodying our business values. These tools include Google Suite for collaboration and document management, Canva for design and creative projects, Wix for website development, and Brevo for managing digital marketing campaigns. Through hands-on experience with these platforms, students will gain practical skills and insights into effective digital communication and marketing strategies.
