Deliverables

Key aims/objectives:

1. What are our current emissions as an organisation? *

2. What practical changes can we make to reduce our current emissions as an organisation including energy, transport and travel and supply chain/suppliers?

3. How do we calculate the cost of staff working from home as we are a hybrid organisation with an office and home working for all staff?

4. What recommendations do you have for updating our environmental policy and action plan, that our environmental working group can monitor and report on going forward? *

* You will be provided with information to assess and review.

Mentorship

Director Nicky Crabb will be available on email Monday to Thursday and happy to have calls or zoom meetings during the process to check in

We believe that writing can positively change lives. Our vision is that all children and young people in Sussex have space and time to write for pleasure and purpose, and the opportunity to share their stories. We enable children and young people to experiment with writing in all its forms, and to share their work with a wide audience. We prioritise working with children and young people who live or go to school in areas of highest deprivation, or who face challenging circumstances.
