We want students to help us build a plan for a month (4 week) long focus on career development. Ideas should focus around driving one's own career, how to obtain and use feedback, and other career building ideas. Considerations should include in-person, virtual and hybrid audiences.

The main pieces we'd like students to explore are the following:

  • theme ideas (what theme would be emphasized across the entire month)
  • activities
  • fun interactions such as contests, games, etc and appropriate prize and giveaway ideas

End result should be a plan for each of the 4 weeks in the month as well as a high-level workback plan leading up to the month.
