The main goal for the project is to extend the real estate ecosystem to support realtors by creating a tool that can filter out the best properties from MLS for investors, calculate ROI, connect to mortgage agents, and connect with a contractor database. The project aims to streamline the real estate process and provide valuable resources for real estate professionals.

- Analyzing the requirements and needs of realtors and investors to understand the filtering criteria for properties.

- Developing a software tool that can filter out the best properties from MLS based on investor preferences and calculate ROI.

- Integrating the tool with mortgage agents' systems to facilitate seamless communication and transactions.

- Creating a database of reliable contractors and establishing a connection feature within the tool for realtors to access.

Students will be part of cross functional team including software engineers, product management, operations and UX engineers. Continuous guidance will be provided as the project grows
