Key focus areas include communication strategy, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
Version 1 Launch: Features include image recognition-LLM, privacy management – product privacy and profile gateway .
Version 2 Launch: Updating LLM to be multimodal and include voice recognition. alongside a new tech infrastructure, additional new features i.e. loan, trade and insure.
SCOPE:
Key Responsibilities
1.Change Impact Assessment
- Evaluate how Version 2 changes will impact users, staff, and operational workflows.
- Identify potential risks or resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies.
2.Communication Strategy
- Develop PR strategies for the Version 2 launch.
- Create internal and external communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Support media and press strategies to manage public messaging and risk communication.
3.Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure all changes align with Canadian AI standards,
- Relevant documents are attached for your guidance and review
- Advise on data privacy and security risks associated with AI and user data handling.

4. Policy Development
- Internal Policies: Support in developing onboarding and operational policies for new staff.
- External Policies: Establish guidelines for public communications and user engagement regarding platform changes.
5.Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders, including staff, craftpeople, and potential partners.
- Facilitate feedback sessions to gather insights and inform change strategies.
6.Feedback & Iteration
- Design mechanisms to gather and analyze feedback post-launch.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on user and stakeholder insights.
7.Success Metrics & Reporting
- Assist in defining success metrics and KPIs for measuring adoption rates, user satisfaction, and process efficiency.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
