The main goal for the project is to conduct a comprehensive international market analysis for the launch of CaffeBerry's new coffee fruit wine. This will involve researching and understanding competitors, regulators, trademarks, and import/export laws in target markets like USA/ Canada to ensure a successful global launch.

Deliverables


- Research and analysis of key competitors in the international market, including their products, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing strategies.


- Identification and understanding of relevant regulators and regulatory requirements in target markets for the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.


- Assessment of trademark availability and registration process in target markets to protect the CaffeBerry brand.


- Analysis of import/export laws and requirements in key markets to ensure compliance and smooth distribution of the coffee fruit wine.
