Our company offers an eCommerce platform (Artnbuff Marketplace) for artists and artificers to sell their products online. Since the target suppliers of the products for this marketplace are not experienced retailers, there is an inherent risk with responsiveness to answer customer questions and order fulfillment.

For this project, we are looking for students to work on the following aspects of Supply Chain Management.

• Supply Chain Modelling
• Assessing Supplier Risks
• Risk Mitigation plan and process development
• Supplier Segmentation and Catalog Analysis
• Supplier development plan

Students will need to

(1) Understand and document the supply chain model for the Artnbuff marketplace business.

(2) Identify the types of potential suppliers and products.

(3) Identify and categorize the supplier risks.

(4) Develop a risk mitigation plan and processes.

(5) Develop materials that can be published to keep the suppliers informed about the Process and policies

(6) recommendation on how to develop the right kind of supplier network.

Students will connect directly with us for guidance and mentorship throughout the project.
