The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Strategy - develop an implementation plan for entering a new market.
  • Marketing - complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; design a new marketing strategy.
  • Sales - design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team.

Deliverables

Research and prepare reports for each of the following:

  • Strategy - how to increase market share and help us identify and capture new revenue streams.
  • Marketing - how to reach more customers and effectively promote our brand.
  • Sales - help us roll out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, who is available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
