project scopingThe HR students will continue to develop the work projects of the students of previous courses, to advance in the development of the organization's tasks and activities, contributing to their performance and progress in achieving goals.
Your spring students' first task is to look through the winter semester students' work and come up with suggestions for improvements/next steps
Once they come up with suggested improvements/next steps each team will meet with us individually to discuss and work out the details of their project
After the meeting, each team is expected to hand us a project scope (approx 1 page) describing what they are doing, to ensure that we are on the same page.
Students' final project/suggestions for the next steps should be practical and can be quickly and easily implemented i.e. can be used within the next few days for example
LGS is committed to providing the necessary information for the development of the project, meeting with the students to explain the expectations, and giving feedback on the objectives achieved.
