Positions available: One team of four students

This team will work together to create the following reports and conduct valuable interview preparation to TRU Students.

The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Review and update Mock Interview Tool for a variety of industry specific interviews (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Business, Accounting, Finance, plus IT, Engineering, Sciences, Arts and Tourism) and will include a job description, Interview questions and feedback tool.
  • This team will aim to conduct 200 Mock Interviews on campus for TRU students, each Mock Interview session will be 1 hour in length and will include 30 minutes for documentation and feedback.

The final project deliverable is one report and completion of 200 Mock Interviews on campus. These reports will provide valuable documentation for Co-op Coordinators but also valuable feedback and training for TRU Students.

Deliverables
  • Meet one on one with students who have scheduled an appointment with us
  • Provide interview feedback based on the feedback rubric
