  • Pilot and integrate the selected tools or strategies over the course of the semester.
  • Provide training materials and support for seamless team adoption.

Final Recommendations:

  • Deliver a comprehensive report summarizing findings, challenges, and results, along with actionable recommendations for sustained productivity improvement.
