This project is an opportunity to develop generalized HR skills that will assist with future HR employment opportunities.
- Develop a new onboarding process for all TRU Co-op students
- Special project requests as required
- Grant application development and submission
- HR presentations for stakeholder development
- Small marketing requests from faculty members
- Liaison with People and Culture for system alignment during onboarding and orientation
- Liaison with people and culture for program development and improvement
- Weekly meetings with supervisor, monthly department meetings, training sessions.
- Professional Development opportunities internally at TRU.
- Attendance at Presentations and seminar
- Connection with employers and Internal TRU staff
