Measure the success of Digital Campaigns to align with our strategic marketing objectives
We run lots of digital campaigns like Webinars, Opinion Polls, Email Campaigns, Survey etc. to achieve the following -
- Make our prospective customers aware of our solutions and the value we create
- Take inputs from real customers about their real-time pain points or problems
- Understand if the prospect has any roadmap for projects or improvements
Activities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the data that we gather through different channels
- Consolidate and clean up data making them ready for building more insights and analytics for better actions
- Ensure data quality across multiple systems of record and flag areas of continuous improvement
- Possible KPIs and metrics we would like to build:
- What are the customer pain points segmented by company, and the problem area
- Categorize most engaged customers - Segment by company, Job role, Problem Area
- Frequency of leads engagements - Categorize the hot, warm and cold leads
- Problems/concerns from leads segmented by the company (Sources: Webinars, Emails threads, Surveys, Notes etc.)
- Categorize leads by the decision-makers and influencers
- Create excellent visualization and dashboards for metrics and drill-downs
Tools/technologies you will be working with:
- HubSpot CRM
- Excel
- Potentially others as applicable
You will be working directly with the Founder / Director of the company and the Marketing Lead.
