The program was designed to meet U.S. state laws that require schools to conduct character education. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:
1. Where is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity?
2. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?
3. How should we price this?
4. Who are our potential customers? Besides direct sales to schools/districts, are there other channels for distribution?
5. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- Presentation
- Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
- Employer will provide data and have staff available to answer questions.

KiDs Beach Club is a faith-based organization that seeks to develop character in 3rd through 6th grade children. We conduct character-focused after-school Bible clubs, we provide character development curriculum to schools, and we produce a weekly children's TV show that airs globally.
