The main goal for the project is to provide bookkeeping services for Community First, a production collective aiming to create new experiences through storytelling from a diverse perspective that hasn’t been able to reach the mainstream. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Learning about the financial transactions and needs of Community First.


- Organizing and recording financial data such as income, expenses, and payroll.


- Generating financial reports and summaries for review.


- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.


- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- Organized and accurate financial records for Community First.


- Financial reports and summaries provided to the company.


- Assistance with budget preparation and monitoring.


- Compliance with relevant laws and regulations ensured.



Final deliverables should include:


- All financial records and reports.


- A written report explaining the bookkeeping process and outcomes.
