The main goal for this project will be for project team members to build prototypes for new product features for our mobile and web applications.
Who are we?
Sonical.ly is an early stage gaming and education tech startup whose mandate is to make music creation easily accessible to everyone. The company was founded by Juno Award winning K-pop music producer/product designer/educator Elmo Chong, and K-pop songwriter/developer/designer Andrew Choi who are spearheading an exciting new phase of iterative growth towards product market fit.
To elevate successful outcomes, Sonical.ly has enlisted an elite board of advisors that are accomplished experts in AAA gaming and Venture Investing. These advisors include:
- Charles Huang: Music game legend and founder of the Guitar Hero franchise.
- Jungwon Hahn: Former Managing Director of Blizzard Entertainment.
- John Kim: Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist for Amasia
Team Responsibilities
● Design and develop – Foster and engineer technical and design solutions from conception to deployment. Evaluate customer requirements and determine existing product reach, potential restrictions, and future development feasibility. Work independently while testing features in a fluid environment, facilitating verification and quality assurance throughout.
● Coordinate and support – Maintain direct communication with managers to understand needs throughout the development lifecycle. Work with the project management team to execute timely and cost-effective solutions. Provide on-going support and maintenance to the customer as needed.
We are able to provide 2 mentorship/update meetings per week for 15 minutes per session if needed.
