Job Description

Hey there! We're looking for an administrative intern to join our Shopinspo team and help us keep everything running smoothly. We're a fast-paced startup, so we need someone who can keep up and handle multiple tasks at once. If you're super organized, meticulous, and good with numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do 📸

• Assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Helping to maintain and organize company's records and documents
• Assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting and bookkeeping
• Helping with research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Assisting with social media and marketing efforts to build brand awareness
• Helping to coordinate and plan events and meetings
• Helping with data entry and other various tasks as needed to support the team
• Helping to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Helping to coordinate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Helping to identify and implement ways to improve the company's processes and operations
• Being a flexible and proactive team player, willing to help out in any way needed to support the company's goals and objectives
