PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

We are a start-up based in Toronto, Ontario, and built our success on numerous student interns. We ensure our students receive real industry experience and we mentor them throughout their time with us. FirstScreen is software that health screens employees and visitors. We identify persons with early signs of illness and allow companies to take immediate action. We promote workplace health and safety. We hire based on enthusiasm over experience. You will be exposed to all facets of our organization - from the development team to sales, marketing and clients. We are seeking a team to work with Operations needs to support the next phase of our product launch.

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

  • Ensure we are operationally ready to scale our business with recent software and service upgrades
  • Develop processes for internal teams and vendors.
  • Client support and documents pain points.
  • Make recommendations to improve the process.

IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*

  • Work with internal teams (marketing / developers/ CEO) to ensure launch readiness
  • Update internal process documents to reflect new services.
  • Work with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations to internal processes to close the gaps.

FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

  • Validate our internal process can support revenue growth
  • Ensure processes are clearly defined and documentation is on hand.

All projects will begin on a first come, first serve basis, which cohorts are you + your team ABLE to participate in?

We will take students as soon as we are able to.

  • December cohort - December 6 to January 21 / Cohorte de décembre - 6 décembre au 21 janvier
  • January cohort - January 3 to February 18 / Cohorte de janvier - 3 janvier au 18 février
  • February cohort - February 7 to March 25 / Cohorte de février - 7 février au 25 mars
