systems thinking scalability process flow diagramsCICOLAB is a collective intelligence collaboratory that has hosted roundtable discussions with experts in collective intelligence for over a year now. We have an extensive knowledge repository and an amazing network of collaboration experts. We need help developing a formal process flow where we onboard new members and help guide them through clear procedures. Our clients are "exopreneurs," or systems-thinking entrepreneurs, who are the ugly ducklings of the investment world. Our job is to incubate their ideas and guide them through a process where their ideas can grow into functioning businesses, but none of these projects can fit into the "Y Combinator" model. We need to create our own. You will need to go through our extensive inventory of discussions (all scrupulously documented), which has most of the information needed, and then help us create the "micro structures" that we need in order to go from a community to a fully functioning collaborative umbrella with different teams working together.
We are a P2P changetank and not a hierarchical organization. We have lots of mechanisms to promote collaboration, and most of the feedback you will be getting will be from your peers. While we try to provide enough boundaries so you don't feel lost, we essentially encourage you to be as creative and independent as possible. We have a huge network of collective intelligence professionals at your disposal who are willing to help you and answer your questions.
