- Verify candidates license for pre-reviewed applicants
- inform new hire of training requirements and documents needed before and after training
- Possibly Develop a guide to prevent future absenteeism/employee turnover OR a guide on hiring with the goal retention
Objective is to implement HR strategies to improve the recruitment, while students get hands on experience in a role that is supported with full mentorship in each step.
