During the hiring process, a human resources student will use the following steps to determine the best possible fits for the job by reviewing resumes and performing licensure verifications.

  1. Post job ads on free websites like indeed
  2. Verify candidates license for pre-reviewed applicants
  3. inform new hire of training requirements and documents needed before and after training
  4. Possibly Develop a guide to prevent future absenteeism/employee turnover OR a guide on hiring with the goal retention

Objective is to implement HR strategies to improve the recruitment, while students get hands on experience in a role that is supported with full mentorship in each step.
