A staffing organisation that is looking to create a fully integrated ERP system. Currently we have no way of accessing real time data for various aspects of our operations. This ERP system is expected to have a data warehouse, while every other aspect of the organisation operation will have to communicate with the database to be able to access certain data on real time, while some other data in intervals. This system is expected to integrate with our various business units which includes medical, assisted homes and renewables (addition units might be created with time) along with their departments which are recruitment, scheduling, client’s services, HR reports and accounts.
All data is currently collected manually, so basically there will be need to determine data will be collected from all aspects of the operations. There will be need to also determine what kind of data warehouse to be created and the kinds of applications that will be used to communicate with the database.
This system is needed to be able to make business decisions using real time data and so dashboards will be created for the different aspects of the organisation. It is very important to make this system very flexible so that it will be able to respond to the ever-changing needs of all stakeholders.
First important MVP for this project will be the ability to setup our ERP system to be able to retrieve different forms of data from the different application or documents that clients provide us in an automated system.
Will be available for regular engagements for all team members that will be participating in the project.
