Help Heal Humanity is searching for a Business Communication assistant dedicated to connecting with businesses and donors to support our mission. Our vision is to give students the opportunity to get real world experience in their fields of study while actively creating positive change in the world. This role will assist with business and fundraising efforts to increase brand awareness and ultimately grow our community of donors and business network. The objective is to spread our message and encourage our community of supporters to make donations to Help Heal Humanity. The main task of this project is to communicate with our existing donors by creating the term 1 report card update which will be sent out to Help Heal Humanity's current sponsorship program donors. As a side piece of this project, the student will also be identifying and communicating with potential new donors.

To accomplish this, tasks done by the student(s) involves:

• Communicate with existing donors and business partners
• Create student term one report cards and send out to donors
• Identify potential business partners as sponsors and connect with them to create relationships.
• Collaborate with staff & other volunteers on business and efforts.
• Work with the team to prospect and solicit major and corporate donors.
• Increasing client base.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Student will be in close contact with project manager and will be incredibly valued by the organization for the work they are able to do.
