The main goal of this project is to create a set of bylaws that will become the primary guiding document for The Human Factor Community Organization. The incumbent will:

1. Liaise with the board of directors to discover bylaw needs
2. Research bylaws
3. Create bylaws, if there is time

In order to complete this task, the learner will need to:

1. Explore the bylaws of similar not-for-profit organizations
2. Discover the organization's needs through discussions with the board members
3. Create a list of bylaws for our organization
4. Make a first draft of the bylaws

The learner will have the opportunity to draw on the skills and leadership of the members of the board of directors.
