Details

We want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within the event rentals industry in Vancouver .

The research will need to include:

  • Target market research
  • Research on already identified customer segment and identity and other potential customer segments
  • Industry size and market potential
  • Competitive landscape (pricing, online presence, types of events, services, target consumer, communication models, press coverage, etc.)
  • Strategic positioning of our brand

Deliverables

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we can better serve our customers. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products and services. As well, better understand their overall consumer behaviour so we can potentially align our values with brands they support and value.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the founder who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Premium Events & Design is a wedding and event planning brand that cares deeply about managing people’s most valuable memories and curating spectacular moments to look back on. We don’t just promise a jaw dropping reveal, but a fun and smooth process getting there. Equally worthy to us is our efforts to provide valuable careers and educational opportunities to newcomer youth and women who face barriers to employment interested in working in the events industry.
