As we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, we find ourselves working in new ways. These new ways of working require learning in new ways as well. We are interested in understanding more about how our company's learning and development function can better serve our employees. How can we help equip our population with the skills they need as they head into a hybrid work environment? What do people need to be able to do better, differently?

The completed project will explain and propose new and emerging types of learning within a hybrid environment (time split between in office and at home work). Please include ideas on how best to manage change and integrate into a business that was primarily in-office pre-pandemic.
