Details

The main goal for the project is to implement HR strategies that will build efficient processes for Community First. This includes identifying the best HR methods to use for the company's unique production collective environment and diverse perspective.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting interviews and surveys with employees to understand their perspectives and needs.

- Analyzing the current HR processes and identifying areas for improvement.

- Researching and proposing HR strategies that align with the company's goal of creating new experiences through storytelling from a diverse perspective.

- Developing a plan for implementing the chosen HR strategies and gaining buy-in from the leadership team.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A report detailing the findings from employee interviews and surveys, as well as an analysis of current HR processes.

- A proposal for HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

- A detailed implementation plan for the chosen HR strategies, including steps for gaining leadership buy-in and overcoming potential challenges.

Final deliverables:

- A presentation explaining the research findings, proposed HR strategies, and implementation plan.

- A comprehensive report outlining the entire process and recommendations for future HR initiatives.
